School of Magic
Things to Know Before Booking
Show up at least 15 minutes early
You should arrive not later than 15 minutes before the scheduled game time. The scheduled time is when the game starts, not when you should arrive. The 15 minutes allows for signing waivers, locking up belongings and receiving a pre-game briefing
If you show up late it impacts our schedule so we may have to either shorten the time you can play or cancel the game so that our other customers are not affected throughout the day. Arriving at game start time is arriving late
Cancellations / Refunds
If you think you will need to reschedule, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to try to accommodate, but within 72 hours of the game, refunds and rescheduling are not guaranteed. It is critical for us to have a reliable schedule so that we may provide the best experience for all our customers.
A digital safety waiver must be completed by all adults and for all minors prior to playing your game. Waivers can be signed electronically here.
School of Magic
While the students of the School of Magic were on summer vacation, the dark sorcerer who shall not be named cast a powerful spell, a sleeping curse, on the entire magical world. This spell simultaneously put every witch and wizard into a deep sleep for eternity.
The sorcerer planned to seize power while everyone was asleep, but fortunately, he made a mistake and the spell accidentally worked on himself, too.
Suddenly your summer break is cut short by a desperate plea for help by the school’s headmaster.
